Educational information, not medical advice
This website is educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for emergency care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the U.S., or call 911 for an emergency. Individual experiences vary, and we do not promise or guarantee any outcome.
Visiting this site or requesting a consult does not create a client or provider relationship. That relationship begins only after intake and a signed agreement.
Free consult and eligibility
The free consult is a conversation about your goals and questions. It is not therapy or a medical evaluation. A licensed medical provider completes each client intake to confirm that ketamine is a good fit, and prescribes the medication when appropriate. Not everyone is a good candidate.
Program fees and payment
- You can pay for a program in two installments. A deposit of 50% is due before the program begins. The remaining 50% is due before your ketamine journey takes place.
- Program fees are non-refundable.
- Integration therapy sessions are paid per session.
- Prices shown on this site may change. The price and what is included are confirmed with you before you enroll.
Consent to be contacted
When you submit the contact form, you agree that Jeff and Yoli Healing Center may contact you by the methods you select (phone, email or text) about your request. Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calls or emails by contacting us. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything.
Please do not include medical details or medications in the form, email or text messages. These channels are not designed for private health information. Share that information only through the secure intake process we give you.
Privacy
We collect the information you give us in the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, what you are interested in, how you would like to be contacted, and any message you write. We use it to respond to you, schedule your consult and follow up about your interest.
- We do not sell your information or share it for third-party marketing.
- Your information is stored in our customer management and email tools, which are provided by our website and software platform and used only to run our business.
- This site may use cookies and similar technology from our website platform to operate and measure the site.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop follow-up messages, by emailing [email protected].
Information submitted through this website is not a medical record. Clinical records are handled under separate privacy practices provided to you at intake.
